Danila Dilba Elders Support Services

Since mid-2023, DDHS has provided a range of services and supports to clients aged 50+ (45+ for homeless clients).

Things our team can help with:

  • Helping clients (and their families and carers) navigate through the My Aged Care system.

  • Providing information about the full range of aged care services available to clients in the Greater Darwin region (provided by both Danila Dilba and other services).
