Since mid-2023, DDHS has provided a range of services and supports to clients aged 50+ (45+ for homeless clients).
Our goal is to keep our ageing clients living independently for longer by offering a range of culturally safe, trauma-informed care options.

Group social support (visits to local food banks)
Transport to and from appointments/meetings:
Medical specialist appointments
Attendance at one-off consultation events or seminars
Continuing participation as a committee member for a community group
Social and practical outings for individuals:
Grocery shopping
Walking the dog
Coffee and chat at a local café
Group social support:
SEWB Elders Groups attendance
All services are provided free-of-charge to eligible clients.
