You will be welcomed at the clinic by our friendly receptionists. We will try to make sure you are safe, including culturally safe in the clinic. We will respect you and make sure your information is safe and not share it unless you let us. If you want to make a compliment or complaint you can talk to or email us.

We want to get to know you and your family, know your health by doing a health check every year, and work with you to improve health. Understanding your health and making Deadly Choices keep you strong and prevents chronic disease, such as diabetes, kidney and heart disease. We want to be part of a community strong in culture that supports family and each other.  Social and emotional wellbeing, alcohol and tobacco counsellors work in our clinic. The PHC team help to make sure kids have a great start in life.

Aboriginal Health Practitioners, registered nurses, general practitioners and other staff work as a team to manage acute and chronic disease. Danila Dilba cares about your health and helps you get Medicines, at no cost. General Practitioners can refer you to specialist and allied health services, some in our clinic. We understand how to help you with the health system and agencies, such as Centrelink and housing. You may be eligible for our transport.

If you need more support to manage your care, care coordinators and Indigenous outreach workers can help and a social worker helps staff to advise you. Darwin Clinic is also the base for our mobile service that provides services to people who are either homeless, or living in town communities. Our clinic staff also provide services to people who live in local aged residential care.
