Did you know that Danila Dilba clients can access a Services Australia consultant via our clinic?

A Services Australia community Partnership Specialist Officer visits our Knuckey Street clinic between 8:30 am - 3:30 pm every Tuesday.

Services provided include support to:

• People who are sleeping rough, couch surfing, in temporary accommodation or experiencing transience;
• People who have limited or no history with Services Australia payments and services;
• People who are experiencing a range of complex social and health issues (including trauma, family and domestic violence, community violence, debt, cognitive issues, limited literacy and numeracy, physical and mental health issues, substance use, and legal issues); and
• People whose complex individual or family circumstances create significant barriers to accessing services.

Clients can meet face-to-face to talk through their issues - a much easier option that waiting on hold on the phone!
