2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Danila Dilba Biluru Butji Binnilutlum Health Service Aboriginal Corporation will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

General Business

Matters to be addressed at the AGM will be as follows:

1. Adopting Minutes from Annual General Meeting 26 November 2020;
2. General Reports
3. Adopting Directors’ Report, including audited financials for 2020-2021;
4. Corporation Secretary Report; and
5. Other business.

There are no elections for Board positions scheduled for the 2021 AGM.  Members are encouraged to attend the AGM.
