Indigenous Outreach Worker (AOD After Care)

The primary focus of the Indigenous Outreach Worker is to work within the AOD Team to assist clients post AOD residential treatment and promote positive cultural choices for clients and their families. This position will facilitate access to a range of evidence based treatments and Continuing Care services to clients who are completing, or have completed a period of residential rehabilitation.
