Reply to DDHS Text Messages to Confirm your Appointment/s
From Monday 24 March 2025, clients will need to reply to all DDHS SMS reminders to confirm their appointment/s.
Here’s what you need to know:
- You must reply YES or NO to confirm your attendance at upcoming appointments (note, single word responses only – we cannot receive full sentence replies).
- You may receive more than one appointment reminder, depending on what you have booked in that day. Please respond with a YES or NO to every message you receive from us.
- If you do need to cancel your appointment, and respond with a NO, you will need to call or visit us in clinic to reschedule – DDHS staff are unable to do this via text message.
