2022 – 26 Strategic Plan

The 2022 – 26 Strategic Plan builds on our achievements and confirms our path forward as we continue to strive to provide effective and efficient primary health care to our clients. The plan prioritises the health and wellbeing of our people and is supported by a set of initiatives that support our purpose. The Strategic Plan also allows our community to hold us accountable for our work. The 2022 – 26 Strategic Plan has been a key reference point as work towards the DDHS Service Improvement Project (SIP) began, with all key actions tied to our Strategic Plan priorities.
