Why Work for Us?

One Growing Team. One Unified Goal

CEO Rob McPhee explains what sets us apart.

Danila Dilba’s 250 strong staff share a common goal – to improve the health outcomes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mob living in the Greater Darwin region through the provision of comprehensive, holistic and culturally safe primary health care.

Why Work for Us?

At Danila Dilba you will work alongside a team of like-minded people who are passionate about closing the gap in health outcomes between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Australians. Cultural safety is at the heart of our organisation – Mob caring for mob.

The services we provide at Danila Dilba are as diverse as the skill sets of our teams. From our primary health clinic staff, social and emotional wellbeing, aged care, child and family and chronic disease teams, support workers, receptionists, health promotion teams, through to our corporate services teams – all staff have an important role to play in the delivery of culturally safe services to our community.

While our services are diverse, we pride ourselves on being one connected team, offering multiple pathways for staff to advance their career with our organisation.

At Danila Dilba, you also have the opportunity to make a real-life difference to the lives of our clients and their families.
