About the Role: Operations & Work Health and Safety (WHS) Manager

The role is responsible for a broad range of support services across DDHS which include facilities, fleet, WHS, records management, business continuity and office services.

The position interacts with a broad range of internal and external parties, and is supported by a Facilities Officer, Fleet Officer, and Receptionist.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in providing a diverse range of support services to an organisation.

  • Experience in working with business management systems (excluding finance systems), including implementations, identifying, and implementing process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
  • Experience in WHS related activities, including the ability to identify WHS risks and develop risk mitigation options.
  • Task orientated, able to manage multiple priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships that foster collaboration and co-operation.
