About the Role
The Management Accountant is a key role in the finance team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Management Accountant is primarily responsible for providing managers with relevant information on a timely basis to facilitate decision making. The Management Accountant will design the framework of the management accounting reports for internal use and educate managers in how to use the reports.
What You Need to Succeed

Extensive experience with forecasting and budgeting, and extensive skill in reports development.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s qualifications in accounting, with professional qualifications as a CPA or CA preferred.
- Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and relevant standards.
- Ability to analyse complex reports.
- High level organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as a productive team member within a multidisciplinary team in a cross cultural and complex environment.
- High level experience using financial accounting software and Microsoft suite of applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of problem-solving and time-management skills.
