Heidi Health at Danila Dilba
Over the next few weeks, some of our GPs and allied health staff will be trialling the use of an AI program called 'Heidi Health'.
Heidi is an AI medical scribe that will:
- Help with clinical note-taking
- Reduce administrative time
- Allow our staff to focus entirely on client conversations
Will all DDHS Staff be Using Heidi?
No. Because this is a trial, not all DDHS GPs and allied health staff members will be using it. Those that are will always ask client consent beforehand.
Can Clients Opt Out?
Yes! If you do not feel comfortable with Heidi taking notes during your appointment, please let your clinician know. You have a right to say no.
