Notice is hereby given that Danila Dilba Biluru Butji Binnilutlum Health Service Limited (ACN: 663 350 605) (Danila Dilba Health Service) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday 24 November at 5:00 pm at the Michael Long Learning Centre, 70 Abala Road, Marrara, Darwin.
Matters to be addressed at the AGM will include:
- Previous minutes from the 2024 AGM
- General reports
- Directors’ report and financial statements
- Company secretary report
- Election of Directors
- Appointing auditor
- Remuneration of Directors
- Other business
Nominations for Director Positions
DDHS Members wishing to apply for Director positions must complete and sign a nomination form (available below). This form must be signed by two current Members of Danila Dilba Health Service.
Nominations open on Monday 27 October 2025 and close at end of business (4:30 PM) on Monday 10 November 2025.
