About the Role:
Administration Officer – Linkage and Outreach Family Support Program
The Administration Officer – Linkage and Outreach program, under the general direction of the Project lead will provide administrative and operational support to assist the effective delivery of the program displaying excellent customer service to ensure clients and stakeholders assessing the service are welcomed and assisted in line with DDHS values, policies and procedures.
What You Need to Succeed

Demonstrated experience and skill in office administrative practices.
- 2 years of experience in similar field
- Demonstrate a friendly, helpful and positive manor.
- Demonstrated ability to use culturally sensitive ways to ensure improved client access to DDHS and/or other health services.
- Proven teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to constructively negotiate outcomes with a diverse range of people and service providers.
- High level of personal resilience and flexibility with the ability to deal with challenging situations.
- Demonstrated computer skills, especially in the use of Microsoft and Outlook systems.

- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or an exemption as listed on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) be submitted.
