- Position Type: Full-time, part -time
- Location: Across all clinics
- Salary Range: $231,487 to $244,715 (pro-rata for part-time) (GP1 to GP2)
About the Role:
This role will see you seamlessly deliver culturally sensitive and comprehensive healthcare services to Danila Dilba clients. A significant emphasis lies on primary health care.
You will have a profound understanding of and respect for Aboriginal culture and history, coupled with a profound awareness of challenges affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

What You Need to Succeed
- Registration as a Specialist General Practitioner with AHPRA
- Fellowship status in either RACGP or ACCRM, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in General Practice
- Post-graduate qualifications, including a Diploma in obstetrics or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in antenatal care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective engagement with individuals from diverse cultural and social backgrounds
- Hold or willingness to acquire, MTOP and IUD training
- Demonstrated comprehension of Primary Health Care principles within the Indigenous Health context
- Accreditation as a supervisor for GP registrars
- Expertise in navigating Medicare intricacies and the nuances of the Practice Incentive Scheme
- A comprehensive grasp of the Aboriginal Health Workers Career Structure/Competencies
