Notice is hereby given that Danila Dilba Biluru Butji Binnilutlum Health Service Limited (ACN: 663 350 605) (Danila Dilba Health Service) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday 24 November at 5:00 pm at the Michael Long Learning Centre, 70 Abala Road, Marrara, Darwin.
Matters to be addressed at the AGM will include:
- Previous minutes from the 2024 AGM
- General reports
- Directors’ report and financial statements
- Company secretary report
- Election of Directors
- Appointing auditor
- Remuneration of Directors
- Other business
All Danila Dilba Health Service members are invited to attend the 2025 AGM.
Nominations for Director Positions
At the 2025 AGM, there will be elections for three (3) Board positions – the Deputy Chairperson position and and two Director positions. The following nominations have been received for those positions:
